Sales Advisor - Hyundai St-Jérôme (Mirabel)

Hyundai St-Jérôme, a Hyundai dealership based in Mirabel, is seeking a Sales Advisor to join a dynamic and customer-focused team in a high-volume environment. A minimum of one year of sales experience is required; experience in the automotive sector will be considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify their needs to offer appropriate solutions.
• Present and configure new and used Hyundai vehicles, conduct demonstrations and test drives.
• Manage the sales process from start to finish, including financing proposals and additional options.
• Work closely with the financing and after-sales services to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Follow up after the sale and develop a lasting relationship with clients.
• Keep the CRM updated and actively participate in loyalty and lead generation campaigns.
• Achieve or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Regularly participate in product and procedural training sessions.

Daily Tasks

• Delivery and explanation of sold vehicles.
• Follow-up with potential customers and outreach via phone/email.
• Customer follow-up and web inquiries management.
• Sale of new and used vehicles.

Desired Profile

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; experience in automotive sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, active listening, and negotiation abilities.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing a high flow of clients.
• Proficiency in French; English is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license; availability to adapt to dealership hours.
• Team spirit, neat presentation, and professional integrity.
