Sales Advisor – Automotive (Mascouche)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and understand their needs to propose suitable solutions.
• Present vehicles and options, conduct demonstrations and test drives, and contextualize benefits for the customer.
• Collaborate with the financing and after-sales departments to ensure a smooth and complete customer experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and market trends, and actively participate in competitive intelligence.

Profile Sought

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, ideally in the automotive sector or within a showroom.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit; strong service orientation and active listening skills.
• Good command of French; English is an asset.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license is considered an asset.
