Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers on the entire range of new vehicles.
• Identify customers' needs and propose solutions tailored to their budget and criteria.
• Present and negotiate financing offers and sales terms.
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Actively participate in marketing activities and promotional events.

Profile Sought

• Proven experience in sales, ideally in automotive (minimum 1 year).
• Excellent communication skills, active listening, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work as a team and collaborate with other departments.
• Passion for automotive and knowledge of new models and technologies.
• Valid driver’s license; experience with manual transmission is appreciated.

Education and Skills

• Degree in sales or related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word) and experience with CRM (Activix or equivalent).
• Good computer skills and ability to quickly learn internal tools.
