Used Vehicle Sales Advisor - Longueuil Mazda

Longueuil Mazda, a member of Groupe Auto Longueuil and a trusted partner of Mazda buyers on the South Shore and in the greater metropolitan area since 1993, is seeking a motivated and customer service-oriented Used Vehicle Sales Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the showroom and understand their needs to propose the best solutions with certified Mazda pre-owned vehicles.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting the maintenance history and available warranties.
• Qualify prospects, offer financing and protection options, and guide clients through the purchasing process.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from start to finish: preparing documents, coordinating with the finance and service departments, and adhering to Mazda and Groupe Auto Longueuil procedures.
• Provide high-quality after-sales service, follow up with customers, and promote loyalty.
• Achieve sales and customer satisfaction objectives by working as a team to ensure a smooth and professional experience.

Desired Profile

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; ideally in the automotive sector.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and active listening.
• Proven skills in negotiation, presentation, and closing deals.
• Proficiency in French; English is an asset.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and sales software; ability to work with targets and in a team.
• Valid driver’s license.
