The Position

As a Sales Advisor, you will be the ambassador of the customer experience, guiding each visitor through the buying or leasing process. You will combine product knowledge, active listening, and personalized advice to offer the best Nissan and used vehicle solutions, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers courteously, understand their needs, and propose suitable solutions
• Present and demonstrate new and used Nissan vehicles, highlighting features, options, and benefits
• Manage the entire sales cycle: qualification, test drives, proposals, negotiations, and signing
• Explain financing options, warranties, and after-sales services
• Develop and retain a customer base through proactive follow-up and excellent customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the service team and finance department
• Meet and surpass monthly/quarterly sales goals
• Keep up-to-date with Nissan models and market trends; attend manufacturer training

Profile Sought

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience; ideally in automotive or customer service
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
• Results-oriented and autonomous, yet team-oriented
• Proficiency with CRM tools and financing procedures; bilingual French/English is an asset
• Valid driver's license; flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Additional training in sales or customer service is an advantage
