Ford Île-Perrot – Sales Advisor - New Vehicles
Ford Île-Perrot, a member of the AutoForce Group, is seeking a Sales Advisor - New Vehicles to join its dynamic team.

Desired Profile and Qualifications
- Experience in vehicle sales
- Dynamic, positive person focused on teamwork
- Strong motivation to achieve and exceed goals
- Punctuality, honesty, and independence
- Good knowledge of computer tools and CRM systems
- Ability to communicate in French and English (welcoming English-speaking clients)
- Valid driver's license
Daily Responsibilities and Tasks
- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional service experience
- Listen to clients’ needs and requirements
- Present models that fit the budget and needs
- Conduct demonstrations and accompany clients during test drives
- Explain sales contracts, warranties, and relevant information
- Keep customer data up to date in the CRM (Serti)
- Stay informed about products, promotions, and manufacturer programs
- Work with the BDC to handle incoming requests and generate appointments
- Present and promote options and services related to new vehicle sales
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Sales Advisor
