Main responsibilities

• Welcome clients, assess their needs, and propose suitable solutions based on their goals and budget.
• Present vehicles and services, conduct demonstrations and test drives when appropriate.
• Prepare and follow up on sales files (financing, warranties, and options), ensuring a smooth customer experience until transaction completion.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets while ensuring optimal customer satisfaction (post-sale follow-up, appointment scheduling for services, etc.).
• Collaborate with the Sales and Service teams to ensure a consistent and efficient customer journey.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and internal procedures.
• Adhere to compliance, safety, and professional ethics standards.

Desired profile and skills

• Minimum of one year experience in sales or customer service; experience in the automotive sector is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills, active listening, and ability to quickly establish trust with clients.
• Service-oriented mindset, team spirit, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Fluent in French; English skills are an asset.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools and automotive sales software.
• Valid driver's license.
