Sales Advisor - New and Used Vehicles Laval (HGrégoire Mitsubishi Laval)
About the position You have a talent for sales and wish to grow in a dynamic environment. Join our team as a Sales Advisor and actively participate in the customer experience around new and used vehicles.
Main responsibilities
- Welcome and advise customers according to company standards
- Present vehicles and recommend solutions that meet the needs and expectations of customers
- Build a sense of trust throughout the sales process
- Answer questions and reassure customers
- Conduct test drives
- Perform regular and quality follow-ups with clients
- Follow up with potential customers and manage Web and phone inquiries
- Close sales of new and used vehicles
Profile
- Charisma and excellent interpersonal skills
- Dynamic, energetic, and proactive
- Outgoing and sociable, customer service oriented
- Punctual, organized, and a team player
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
Requirements
- Automotive sales experience preferred; all relevant sales experience will be considered
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, intermediate-advanced level
- Results-oriented with persuasive skills
- Valid driver's license
- Availability for a schedule including Saturdays (full-time)
Compensation and conditions
- Employment type: Full-time, permanent
- Schedule: Work over 5 days with availability on Saturday
- Compensation: Competitive, performance-based; potential annual earnings over $100,000 depending on results
