Key Responsibilities

• Greet and advise customers according to company standards
• Present vehicles and recommend products suited to customers' needs and expectations
• Establish a trusting relationship throughout the sales process
• Answer questions and reassure customers
• Conduct test drives and demonstrations
• Provide regular and quality follow-ups with clients
• Deliver and explain the features of sold vehicles
• Follow up with prospects and Web requests
• Sell new and used vehicles
• Lease renewals

Profile

• Charismatic, energetic, and sociable
• Punctual and disciplined
• Strong customer service skills
• Persuasive with a commercial mindset
• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written), intermediate to advanced level
• Valid driver's license

Requirements

• Experience in automotive sales appreciated; all sales experience considered
• Valid driver's license
• Dynamic, service-oriented, and focused on customer satisfaction

Conditions and Compensation

• Salary: over $100,000 depending on performance
• Employment type: Full-time, permanent
• Schedule: Work five days a week, including Saturdays
