Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers according to company standards
• Present vehicles and recommend products tailored to customer needs and expectations
• Establish a relationship of trust throughout the sales process
• Answer questions and reassure clients
• Conduct test drives
• Deliver and explain the purchased vehicles
• Follow up with customers and re-engage prospects
• Respond to online inquiries and ensure after-sales follow-up
• Sell new and/or used vehicles

Profile and Skills

• Charisma, interpersonal skills, and customer service orientation
• Dynamic, energetic, and sociable
• Punctuality and discipline
• Ability to persuade and work as part of a team
• Strong customer focus and professional approach

Requirements

• Experience in auto sales (an asset; otherwise any sales experience will be considered)
• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) at an intermediate-advanced level
• Valid driver’s license

Employment Conditions

• Type of employment: Full-time, permanent
• Schedule: 5 days a week, availability on Saturdays
• Location: Laval

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $100,000 and above per year, depending on performance
