Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome clients and identify their needs according to company standards
• Present vehicles (new and used) and recommend suitable solutions
• Establish and maintain a climate of trust throughout the sales process
• Answer questions and reassure clients
• Conduct test drives and explain options
• Ensure regular and quality follow-up with customers
• Follow up with prospects and make phone/email solicitations
• Monitor web inquiries and integrate them into the sales process
• Finalize sales of new and used vehicles

Profile Sought

• Charismatic, energetic, and sociable
• Punctual, disciplined, and customer service oriented
• Strong persuasion skills and excellent interpersonal abilities
• Bilingual French-English (spoken and written) at an intermediate-advanced level
• Valid driver’s license
• Dynamic mindset and results-oriented

Requirements

• Experience in automotive sales preferred (or equivalent sales experience)
• Desire to provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to work in a competitive, performance-driven environment

Conditions and Compensation

• Employment type: Full-time, permanent
• Schedule: 5 days a week, including Saturday
• Location: Laval
• Compensation: starting from $100,000 per year, based on performance (with commission/bonus opportunities)
