Job Description

As a Sales Advisor, you will guide our customers throughout their used-vehicle buying journey, offering relevant solutions and ensuring high-quality service at every step.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers professionally and warmly, establishing a trusting relationship from the first contact
  • Understand customers' needs and propose suitable used vehicles
  • Conduct demonstrations, explain technical features and financing options
  • Negotiate prices and close sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and service goals
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and automotive market trends
  • Follow up after the sale to strengthen loyalty and encourage repeat sales

Required Profile / Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the automotive sector
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Passion for automobiles and knowledge of used vehicles
  • Team spirit and ability to collaborate with different departments
