As a Sales Advisor, you will guide our customers throughout their used-vehicle buying journey, offering relevant solutions and ensuring high-quality service at every step.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers professionally and warmly, establishing a trusting relationship from the first contact
- Understand customers' needs and propose suitable used vehicles
- Conduct demonstrations, explain technical features and financing options
- Negotiate prices and close sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and service goals
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and automotive market trends
- Follow up after the sale to strengthen loyalty and encourage repeat sales
Required Profile / Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the automotive sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Passion for automobiles and knowledge of used vehicles
- Team spirit and ability to collaborate with different departments
