Main Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and establish a trusting relationship
• Listen to customer needs and ask relevant questions
• Present the features of different models and guide the decision-making process
• Follow up with and prospect clients
• Conduct test drives with customers
• Stay informed about new products and the benefits of various options
• Assist the customer until vehicle delivery
• Follow internal procedures and quality standards
• Perform other related tasks as needed

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in auto sales
• Ability to communicate in English at an intermediate level (frequent interactions with English-speaking customers)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and passion for sales
• Ability to work under pressure
• professionalism, courtesy, and neat appearance
• Negotiation skills and team work
• Organization and attention to detail
• Team spirit and goal-oriented mindset

Experience

• Minimum 1 year as a Sales Advisor
