Your Role

As a sales advisor, you guide customers throughout their process of purchasing a new or used vehicle by providing all necessary information to help them make their choice. You implement vehicle presentation guidelines, maintain and stock the showroom, and ensure promotions are respected. You constantly adopt a customer-centric approach and prioritize quality service.

Main Tasks

• Welcome customers and determine their needs.
• Recommend the most suitable vehicle and provide a comprehensive presentation of the vehicle.
• Conduct test drives and evaluate financing options and costs.
• Propose complementary or additional products.
• Facilitate negotiation between the sales manager and customers.
• Close sales and transfer files to the sales director for legal aspects and financing.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to performance-based compensation.
• Participate in promotional activities and customer loyalty efforts.
• Assist in managing used vehicle inventories.
• Advise customers on product purchases and provide after-sales service.
• Keep knowledge up to date and familiarize yourself with new arrivals and all inventories (all brands).
