Experienced Sales Advisor – Jaguar Land Rover West-Island

We are seeking a passionate experienced Sales Advisor with a love for luxury automobiles and customer service to join Jaguar Land Rover West-Island, a leading dealership for Land Rover and Range Rover in Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Quebec.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify customer needs; recommend the most suitable solution.
• Present Land Rover and Range Rover vehicles, perform demonstrations and test drives if necessary.
• Advise on options, configurations, and financing programs, in collaboration with the finance team.
• Achieve and surpass sales goals while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Manage and follow up on customer files via CRM; provide after-sales follow-up and foster customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with Service and Parts departments to ensure a seamless experience from contact to delivery.
• Stay informed about products, promotions, and loyalty programs to optimize sales opportunities.
• Adhere to company policies, compliance, and safety requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in automotive sales, ideally in the premium sector.
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, and professional ethics.
• Proficiency in French; operational English appreciated.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and goal management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license; availability for flexible hours (evenings and weekends).
• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office suite; knowledge of dealership sales management systems.
• Professional presentation, team spirit, autonomy, and results-oriented.
