Your Responsibilities
- Welcome the customer and establish a trusting relationship
- Understand the customer's needs and ask pertinent questions
- Explain the features of the models and guide the selection
- Prospecting and client follow-up
- Conduct test drives with customers
- Stay informed about new products and their advantages (products, features, accessories)
- Assist the customer through to vehicle delivery
- Adhere to internal procedures
- Perform any other related tasks
Desired Profile and Skills
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in automotive sales
- Proficiency in French and English (communication with a bilingual clientele)
- Autonomy, tact, and a strong sense of customer service
- Passion for selling and ability to work under pressure
- Professionalism, courtesy, and polished presentation
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong focus on organization and details
- Teamwork and results orientation
