Sales Representative – Cowansville Toyota
Location: Cowansville, QC | Job Type: Full-time | Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday | Salary: up to $100,000/year + performance bonuses

Toyota offers ongoing training in collaboration with Toyota Canada, allowing our teams to develop recognized expertise in the industry.
Job Summary
Under the authority of the General Sales Manager, the sales advisor ensures vehicle sales by providing personalized consulting services, identifying client needs, and guiding them throughout the purchasing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally and enthusiastically
- Listen to customer needs and advise on the most suitable Toyota vehicles, including hybrid and electric models
- Present features, technologies, and benefits of Toyota vehicles
- Support clients throughout the purchase process, from test drive to vehicle delivery
- Collaborate with the finance department to propose suitable solutions
- Maintain rigorous follow-up to ensure a high level of satisfaction and customer loyalty
- Stay informed about Toyota products, their features, and current promotions
- Actively participate in promotional activities, model launches, and dealership events
Daily Tasks and Activities
- Maintain a contact list for used vehicle purchases
- Follow up with potential clients and customer follow-up
- Renew lease agreements
- Make phone calls and send emails
- Follow up on web inquiries and leads
- Sell both new and used vehicles
- Sell electric and hybrid vehicles
Desired Profile
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; experience in the automotive sector is appreciated
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong interest in automotive technologies, especially hybrids and electric vehicles
- Ability to establish lasting relationships and deliver a quality customer experience
- Team spirit, motivation, and autonomy
- Knowledge of Merlin software (an asset)
- Proficiency with computer tools and sales management systems
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
Skills and Education
- Experience: At least 1 year as a sales advisor
- License: Valid automobile driver’s license (Class 5)
- Software: Merlin (Sales) – advantage
- Qualities: Dynamic, autonomous, positive
- Languages: French mandatory; English is an asset
