New Vehicle Sales Representative

Sales Representative – New and Used Vehicles HGrégoire Toyota Candiac is looking for a passionate sales advisor who loves automobiles and customer service. If you enjoy guiding clients throughout their purchasing journey and building lasting relationships, this opportunity is for you.

About the position Become part of a dynamic, customer-oriented team at the heart of a renowned network known for its commercial excellence. You will be responsible for helping clients choose their new and used vehicles, conducting test drives, and offering solutions tailored to each customer's needs.

Your responsibilities

• Greet and advise customers according to company standards
• Present vehicles in detail and recommend suitable products and services
• Answer questions, reassure, and support the customer throughout the purchasing process
• Conduct test drives and explain technical features
• Maintain regular, high-quality follow-ups with clients
• Manage leads and follow up with potential customers (phone and email)
• Deliver vehicles and explain their operation
• Handle lease renewals and related procedures
• Actively participate in customer retention and portfolio development

Profile sought

• Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive sales
• DEC in sales consultancy (an asset)
• Bilingual French-English (spoken and written) preferred, intermediate to advanced level
  • Ability to communicate with both French and English-speaking clients
• Energetic, persuasive, and customer service-oriented
• Valid driver’s license
• Residing in Canada

Working conditions
