About the position

Your duties and responsibilities
- Welcome each customer like a VIP and understand their needs
- Present vehicles and organize test drives
- Provide honest and personalized advice
- Negotiate transparently and close sales
- Handle paperwork and compile customer files
- Ensure after-sales follow-up and customer loyalty
- Stay informed about Mitsubishi news and market developments
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with a motivated and dynamic team
Profile sought
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in auto sales
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust
- Empathy, energy, positive attitude, and organizational skills
- Strong negotiation skills and result-oriented mindset
- Team spirit and integrity
- Fluency in French; intermediate knowledge of English recommended

- Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 per year, with weekly commissions and bonuses
