Sales Advisor - Senior – Mitsubishi Automotive

About the position

As a Senior Sales Advisor, you guide each client toward a smooth and personalized purchasing experience. You combine product expertise, customer service skills, and sales performance to achieve and exceed your targets.

Your responsibilities

  • Welcome clients like VIPs and understand their needs
  • Present vehicles and organize engaging test drives
  • Advise honestly, transparently, and personally
  • Negotiate and close sales with integrity
  • Handle administrative formalities related to sales
  • Follow up post-purchase and build customer loyalty
  • Stay informed about Mitsubishi updates and offers
  • Achieve and surpass sales goals
  • Collaborate with a motivated and results-oriented team
  • Deliver and explain sold vehicles
  • Follow up with prospects and web inquiries
  • Sell new and used vehicles

Desired profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales (senior)
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Empathy, energy, positive attitude, and customer focus
  • Organizational skills, independence, and reliability
  • Proven negotiation abilities
  • Team spirit, integrity, and results orientation
  • Fluency in French; intermediate knowledge of English recommended
