Sales Representative – Honda Brossard (HGrégoire)

Good news: our HGrégoire Honda Brossard dealership is growing rapidly and inventories are back. We are seeking an experienced sales representative to join our team and contribute to our collective success.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in auto sales (a major asset)
• Performance-driven mindset and results orientation
• Discipline, rigor, and consistency
• Strong ability to close sales
• Open to coaching and field development
• Excellent customer service skills and a good listener

Main responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers (walk-in and leads)
• Master the complete sales process (from need identification to closing)
• Rigorously follow up using CRM (Activix) and generate your own opportunities
• Provide a solid, consistent, and professional customer experience
• Collaborate with team and management to achieve goals

Desired profile

• Experience in auto sales (important asset)
• Performance and results-oriented attitude
• Discipline, rigor, and consistency
• Strong closing ability
• Open to coaching and continuous improvement
• Customer service expertise

• Delivery and explanation of sold vehicles
• Follow-up with potential customers
• Lease renewals
• Phone and email outreach
• Customer and web inquiry follow-up
• Sales of new and used vehicles

Required experience

• Minimum of 1 year as a Sales Advisor
