Key Responsibilities

• Conduct demonstrations and test drives.
• Guide the customer throughout the purchasing process and propose personalized solutions.
• Deliver vehicles and explain their operation and warranties.
• Collaborate with the financing department to offer the best options.
• Follow up with prospects through phone calls, emails, and web inquiries.
• Stay informed about market trends and keep product knowledge up to date.
• Achieve sales targets while providing quality customer service.

Profile and Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the automotive sector.
• Excellent communication skills, active listening, and persuasion abilities.
• Team spirit and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Customer service focus, versatility, and adaptability.
• Valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of Merlin (Sales) tools is an asset.
• Personal qualities: dynamic, positive, proactive.
