Sales Advisor – Luxury Vehicles (Cadillac) – Brossard

We are looking for a passionate automotive sales advisor to provide an exceptional customer experience and guide clients throughout the purchase process, with expertise in our Cadillac range and its advanced technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients professionally and establish a trusting relationship.
  • Understand clients' needs and suggest suitable solutions in terms of vehicles and services.
  • Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of Cadillac vehicles, highlighting technologies (e.g., Cadillac Super Cruise).
  • Proactively manage the sales cycle: qualification, negotiation, and document management.
  • Collaborate with various departments (financing, services, workshop) to ensure a smooth experience from first contact to delivery.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver vehicles and thoroughly explain features and the operation of equipment.
  • Follow up and pursue leads (phone calls, emails, Web inquiries) and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally in automotive or luxury sectors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently while being team-oriented.
  • Strong interest in automotive technologies and market trends.
  • Knowledge of Cadillac vehicles and financing systems would be an asset.
  • Valid driver's license.
