Sales Advisor – Luxury Automobiles (Cadillac) – Brossard
At Brossard Cadillac, we are looking for a passionate sales advisor who is enthusiastic about automobiles and committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them throughout the purchasing process and offering expert advice on our range of luxury Cadillac vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients professionally and courteously, build trust, and understand their needs.
- Propose tailored solutions regarding vehicles and services.
- Present and demonstrate the features and advantages of Cadillac vehicles, emphasizing advanced technologies (e.g., Cadillac Super Cruise).
- Proactively manage the sales process: qualification, negotiation, and preparation of documents.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience from first contact to delivery.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients and maintain quality post-sale relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally in the automotive or luxury sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.
- Keen interest in automotive technologies and market trends.
- Knowledge of Cadillac vehicles and financing systems is an asset.
Additional Experience and Requirements
- Experience in selling new and/or used vehicles.
- Valid driver’s license.
