Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome clients and provide a high-quality sales experience.
  • Analyze clients’ needs to recommend new and used vehicles suited to their expectations and budget.
  • Present the benefits and features of Kia vehicles and stay informed about new models and market trends.
  • Negotiate sales terms professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients (loyalty, recommendations).
  • Actively participate in ongoing training to develop your skills and stay updated on sector developments.
  • Conduct vehicle deliveries and explanations, follow up with potential clients, and contribute to sales activities (new and used).

Profile and Skills

  • Minimum of one year experience in sales; ideally in the automotive sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Negotiation skills while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Education and Tools

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Understanding of sales processes and negotiation techniques.
  • Proficiency with Merlin (Sales) software and Activix CRM.
