Sales Advisor – New and Used Vehicles (Experienced)

About the Company Brossard Mitsubishi is seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to guide clients throughout the purchasing process and provide them with an excellent customer experience. Join a dynamic team where service, professionalism, and performance are valued.

Role

You will assist clients at every stage of their purchase by offering a personalized experience tailored to their needs and following up after delivery.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and establish a lasting trusting relationship
• Identify needs and recommend the most suitable new or used vehicles
• Present features, technologies, options, and benefits of vehicles
• Manage used vehicle inventory and contribute to their marketing (photos, listings, web platforms)
• Explain available solutions (financing, warranties, additional services) and guide clients in their decision-making
• Prepare, complete, and rigorously follow up on sales files
• Maintain regular communication with clients before, during, and after delivery
• Conduct deliveries and explain the sold vehicles
• Follow up with prospects and track web inquiries
• Ensure the sale of new and used vehicles

• Bilingual in French/English

Education and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience (new and/or used)
• Automotive sales training
• Experience in automotive sales or customer service
• Proficiency with computer tools, CRM, and sales management systems
• Bilingual in French and English
• Strong motivation to achieve targets
