Sales Advisor – Toyota Boucherville (New Vehicles)

We are looking for two dynamic and passionate Sales Advisors to join our Toyota team in Boucherville, in the new vehicle department. You will play a key role in our mission to deliver an exceptional customer experience and advise clients on their Toyota vehicle needs.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers in choosing their vehicle according to their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Build trusting relationships through personalized service and professional communication.
• Present the features and advantages of Toyota models, including certified pre-owned vehicles.
• Work closely with the after-sales team to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the vehicle's lifecycle.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on Toyota technologies and products.

Preferred Profile

• Minimum one year of sales experience; ideally in the automotive industry or a related sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
