Volkswagen dealership of Boucherville, member of the AG/AutoGroupe group, is looking for an experienced Sales Advisor for its used vehicle department. Are you dynamic, autonomous, and eager to provide an exceptional customer experience while working in a team? Do you follow market trends and are familiar with German products? Key Responsibilities

• Promote and close sales of used vehicles professionally, ethically, and with a customer service focus.
• Work with rigor, method, and attention to detail.
• Keep your Volkswagen product knowledge up to date and participate in available training.
• Adopt a professional, positive, and results-oriented attitude.
• Follow up with customers and keep the CRM updated.

Profile – Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in sales and negotiation.
• Knowledge of Volkswagen products is an asset; familiarity with German products preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and relational skills.
• Organization, ability to prioritize, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to meet the needs of a diverse clientele.
• Valid driver's license (Class 5) and a good driving record.
