Sales Advisor – Toyota Boucherville (New Vehicles) – 2 Positions

We are seeking two dynamic and passionate Sales Advisors to join our New Vehicle department at Toyota Boucherville. You will play a key role in the customer experience by advising clients on their needs and Toyota's offerings.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers in choosing their new (and certified pre-owned) vehicle according to their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Build trustful relationships through personalized service and professional responses.
• Present the features, benefits, and offers of Toyota models.
• Collaborate with the after-sales team to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the vehicle's lifecycle.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about Toyota technologies and products.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of sales experience, ideally in the automotive industry or a related sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong customer service sensibility.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
