Main Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers, assess their needs, and offer suitable solutions.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles of the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram brands; conduct test drives as needed.
• Advise on financing options, warranties, and additional services, in collaboration with the finance team.
• Negotiate sales and close transactions while respecting internal policies and objectives.
• Proactively follow up with customers and provide quality after-sales service.
• Collaborate with the service and parts departments to optimize the customer experience and satisfaction.
• Update the CRM and track sales opportunities by accurately entering customer information.
• Adhere to brand image standards, safety procedures, and the dealership’s quality standards.

Desired Profile

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; experience in the automotive sector is appreciated.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and clear communication.
• Team spirit, results-oriented, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in French; English is an asset.
• Availability according to the dealership’s hours; the dealership is closed on weekends.
• Strong motivation for automobiles and ability to simplify technical information for clients.

Operational Tasks

• Delivery and explanation of sold vehicles.
