Job Title: Sales Advisor – New and Used Vehicles Location: Boucherville
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Advisor to join Boucherville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, a well-known dealership in the region. You will play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience and guiding customers throughout the purchase of new and used vehicles.
Main Responsibilities
- Greet and qualify customers' needs; suggest suitable solutions.
- Present, demonstrate, and conduct test drives of vehicles from Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram brands.
- Advise on financing options, warranties, and additional services in collaboration with the finance team.
- Negotiate and close sales in accordance with internal policies and team objectives.
- Provide proactive follow-up throughout the purchasing process and deliver quality after-sales service.
- Collaborate with the service and parts departments to optimize the customer experience and satisfaction.
- Update the CRM and accurately enter customer information; follow sales opportunities.
- Adhere to brand image standards, safety procedures, and the dealership’s quality standards.

Profile Sought
- Experience: minimum 1 year in sales; experience in the automotive sector is appreciated.
- Skills: excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and clear communication.
- Team spirit, results-oriented, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Languages: fluency in French; English is an asset.
- Availability: work during dealership hours; closed on weekends.
- Passions: strong interest in automobiles and ability to explain technical information to customers.
