Job Offer: Sales Advisor — New Vehicles Blainville Mitsubishi, a member of the Losier Group, is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Advisor.

Key Information
- Minimum required experience: 2 years in auto sales

The Role As a Sales Advisor, you will guide each customer throughout the purchasing process, from the first contact to delivery. You actively contribute to an exceptional customer experience and help achieve team objectives.
Your Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and quickly establish a trustful environment
- Identify needs and recommend suitable vehicles (new and used)
- Present vehicles, features, and options
- Organize and oversee test drives
- Present financing options and current promotions
- Negotiate and close transactions
- Ensure thorough follow-up before and after the sale
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Provide a professional and personalized customer experience
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in auto sales (required)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to close sales and handle objections
- Results-oriented and competitive spirit
- Autonomy, discipline, and sense of responsibility
- Professionalism and excellent customer service skills
