BMW Sherbrooke – Sales Advisor
BMW Sherbrooke is looking for a passionate and performance-oriented Sales Advisor to join its team. You will guide customers throughout the purchasing process, from discovering their needs to vehicle delivery, while offering an exceptional customer experience that meets BMW standards.
We are seeking a dynamic professional, ideally experienced in selling luxury vehicles, with a possible existing customer base, and eager to grow in an stimulating environment focused on high-end products and a positive work culture.
Main Responsibilities

Sales Development
- Welcome and advise customers in dealership
- Identify needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
- Present features, technologies, and advantages of BMW products
- Conduct test drives and demonstrations
- Close sales and provide professional follow-up with clients

Customer Development
- Develop and maintain an active customer base
- Regularly follow up with existing clients to foster loyalty
- Use CRM tools for effective prospect tracking
- Actively participate in prospecting and business development initiatives

Customer Experience
- Offer a high-end experience consistent with BMW standards
- Support clients at each stage of the purchasing process
- Conduct post-delivery follow-up to maintain a lasting relationship

Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with financing, service, and delivery departments
- Actively participate in team meetings and initiatives to improve the sales department's performance

- Experience in automobile sales, ideally in the luxury vehicle segment
- Established customer base is a significant advantage
