Sales Advisor – Luxury Vehicles (BMW Sherbrooke)
BMW Sherbrooke is looking for a passionate and performance-oriented sales advisor capable of guiding clients through each step of the buying process and providing an excellent customer experience that meets the brand's standards.
Your responsibilities
Sales Development
- Welcome and advise customers at the dealership.
- Identify needs and recommend appropriate vehicles.
- Present features, technologies, and benefits of BMW products.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrations.
- Close sales and maintain professional follow-up with clients.
Customer Base Development
- Develop and maintain an active customer database.
- Regularly follow up to foster loyalty.
- Use CRM tools to manage prospects and opportunities.
- Actively participate in prospecting and business development initiatives.
Customer Experience
- Provide a premium customer experience in line with BMW standards.
- Assist customers throughout the buying process.
- Ensure follow-up after delivery to maintain a long-term relationship.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with the finance, service, and delivery departments.
- Participate actively in team meetings and initiatives to improve sales performance.

- Automotive sales experience, ideally in the luxury vehicle segment.
