Receptionist / Hostess – Full Time

Location: Saint-Jérôme | Contract: Full time (40 hours/week) | Day shifts, Monday to Friday, no weekends

Léveillé Ford, a rapidly expanding Ford dealership, is looking for a dynamic individual to fill the position of Receptionist / Hostess. Join a dedicated team focused on service and place human relations at the heart of the customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers and visitors and direct them to the appropriate services (Sales, Service, Financing)
• Manage the telephone reception, screen and direct calls, ensure clear and professional communication
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and client visits within the dealership
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming reception area
• Perform light administrative tasks and support the team as needed
• Contribute to a smooth and positive customer experience, in line with Léveillé Ford standards

Profile Sought

• Minimum of one year of experience in reception or customer service
• Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation, and team spirit
• Good organizational skills, versatility, and ability to prioritize
• Professional appearance and fluency in French; English is an asset
• Availability from Monday to Friday, day shifts
