Location: Saint-Eustache, near Laval

Excellence Chrysler Saint-Eustache is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist / Hostess to welcome our customers and ensure the smooth running of activities at the reception.

Job Description You will be the privileged welcome for our clients and visitors, guaranteeing a top-notch customer experience. You will provide basic administrative support and contribute to the smooth exchange of information between different departments.

Main Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and visitors and provide a first-class customer experience
• Manage the phone system and requests via email and messaging, with prompt and courteous service
• Guide clients to Sales, Service, and Parts departments and facilitate communication
• Keep the reception and showroom area clean, organized, and welcoming
• Perform simple administrative tasks (data entry, file management, handling mail and internal communications)
• Support the team during promotional events and showroom activities
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and visitor reception protocols

Profile Sought

• No experience required; beginners are welcome
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• Neat appearance and ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Team spirit, organization, and reliability
• Proficiency with basic computer tools (office suite and appointment scheduling software)
• Fluency in French, both spoken and written; English is an asset
