Receptionist / Greeter

Job Offer: Receptionist / Hostess – Luxury Vehicles

Auto Devenzo, a dealership of luxury and exceptional vehicles based in Saint-Eustache (Quebec), is looking for a Receptionist / Hostess to become the first point of contact for our customer experience and to represent our brand image.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Manage the telephone switchboard and emails: answer, filter, transfer calls, take messages, and ensure prompt follow-up.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for the sales team.
• Perform basic administrative tasks: data entry, filing, mail management, and following up on internal requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area that reflects Auto Devenzo's image.
• Handle information requests, guide clients, and ensure confidentiality and security of information.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide a smooth and consistent customer experience.

Profile Sought

• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong customer service orientation, neat presentation, professionalism, and discretion.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multitasking, and demanding environment; well-organized and reliable.
• Fluency in French; English is a plus.
• Proficiency in basic computer tools (MS Office, email) and quick learner of new tools.
• Availability for variable hours, with flexibility according to operational needs; available evenings and weekends.
• Experience in a similar role is an asset; motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a luxury context.
