Receptionist / Hostess – Montreal region

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Receptionist / Hostess to join our team and provide an exceptional customer experience from the first contact.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with professionalism and courtesy, providing a memorable experience from their arrival.
• Handle phone calls and emails, and provide accurate information about our services and vehicles.
• Plan and coordinate appointments, and organize the service teams' schedules.
• Ensure smooth communication between customers and the various departments of the dealership.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming workspace, and ensure the waiting area is always orderly.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of reception and service processes to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

Skills and qualifications required

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role; experience in the automotive sector is an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in French; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure while remaining positive and professional.
• Proficiency with computer tools and appointment scheduling software.
