Automotive Receptionist – Customer Reception, Administrative

Champlain Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a welcoming, organized, and reliable receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing calls and payments, as well as providing administrative support.

Main Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers in person and over the phone
• Schedule appointments and respond to information requests
• Collect payments for services and vehicle purchases
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Support sales and service teams with administrative tasks
• Record and update customer information in the Activix CRM

Skills and Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Organizational skills and independence
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge or experience in payment management
• Experience in reception or customer service is an asset
