Receptionist / Hostess – Les Moteurs Décarie (Montreal)

Join a prestigious network in the luxury automotive sector. We are recruiting a Receptionist / Hostess for Les Moteurs Décarie, a Jaguar and Land Rover dealership in Montreal and the leading Aston Martin and Bentley dealer in Eastern Canada. No prior experience required for this position.

Your Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate services (sales, service, parts)
• Manage the telephone switchboard and incoming emails professionally
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception and waiting area reflecting the brands’ images
• Prepare and follow up on appointments, assist with schedule management and inter-team coordination
• Assist teams (sales and service) with simple administrative tasks
• Ensure visitors’ safety and confidentiality of information
• Participate in organizing showroom events and welcoming promotional activities

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• No experience necessary; beginners accepted
• Bilingual in French and English mandatory (excellent oral and written communication)
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Proficient with common computer tools (Microsoft Office); familiarity with a CRM is a plus
• Team spirit, discretion, reliability, and motivation to learn about the brands’ products and services
• Interest in vehicles and the brands Jaguar, Land Rover, Aston Martin, and Bentley
