Receptionist / Hostess – Premium Showroom (Montreal)

Les Moteurs Décarie, a Jaguar and Land Rover dealership on the island of Montreal and the exclusive distributor of Aston Martin and Bentley in eastern Canada, is looking for a talented and service-oriented Receptionist / Hostess to join our dynamic team. Fixed-term contract of one year.

Main responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and visitors, projecting a professional and premium image.
• Manage the telephone reception and incoming requests; screen calls and relay relevant information.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensure smooth flow of visits and test drives; maintain an organized calendar.
• Direct customers to Sales or Service departments and facilitate their showroom experience.
• Handle basic administrative tasks (mail, orders, data entry into CRM, document preparation).
• Keep the reception area impeccable, in accordance with safety and confidentiality standards.
• Support showroom events and promotional activities with professionalism and discretion.
• Work closely with teams to deliver a consistent and remarkable customer experience.

Profile sought

• At least 1 year of experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, or automotive/luxury environment.
• Excellent communication skills in French; English is an asset.
• Neat appearance, professionalism, and a high-end customer service mindset.
• Proficiency in computer tools (Office); experience with a CRM or appointment management system is an asset.
• Organization, versatility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities discreetly.
• Team spirit and ability to thrive in an demanding premium environment.
