Your role

You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will contribute to their welcoming and professional experience from the moment they arrive.

Main responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously and professionally
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
• Take and relay messages
• Guide onsite clients according to their needs
• Perform administrative and support tasks
• Ensure smooth communication between departments
• Maintain the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
• Provide customer service in accordance with dealership standards
