Quality Controller - Laval (Branch) - Service

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality checks on repairs carried out on heavy vehicles.
- Perform visual inspections and identify anomalies or damages.
- Verify the conformity of repairs (oil/air leaks, vibrations, abnormal noises, engine/transmission warning lights, etc.).
- Conduct road tests to validate the compliance and safety of vehicles.
- Check the compliance of installations and procedures.
- Monitor quality control and collaborate with the service teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes to maintain high quality and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on work and ensure an effective distribution of tasks.
Profile Sought
Mandatory Skills and Experience
- Valid driver's license (Class 1).
- Experience in heavy truck field.
- Knowledge of heavy vehicle mechanics.
- Good observational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Team spirit and professionalism.
Optional but Appreciated Assets
- Experience in quality control.
- Bilingual French/English.
- Knowledge of service domain and mechanical parts.
