Responsibilities

• Supervision and Leadership: Lead the team to ensure fast and accurate service.
• Inventory Management: Monitor orders, receipts, returns, and optimize the life cycle of parts.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work with workshops, sales, and customer service to ensure the availability of genuine Honda parts.
• Analysis and Optimization: Improve costs, service levels, delivery times, and track KPIs.
• Relationship Management: Negotiate with suppliers to ensure the quality of parts.
• Training: Develop talent within the team and ensure continuous training.
• Participation in Business Initiatives: Contribute to marketing projects related to spare parts.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in management or supervision in the automotive parts field. Dealership experience is valued.
• Skills: Leadership, team management, customer service, and organization.
• Languages: French required; bilingual in French and English is an asset.
• License: Valid driver's license is essential.
