Job Description

Parts Department Manager reporting to the General Management. Responsible for ensuring efficient and profitable service while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and optimal collaboration with the Service and Sales departments.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the parts inventory: ordering, receiving, and stock control.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize departmental profitability.
• Supervise, train, and motivate the counter and warehouse team.
• Rigorously monitor sales and performance goals.
• Maintain excellent relationships with internal clients (service/sales) and external clients (individual customers, workshops).
• Negotiate with suppliers and ensure compliance with GM policies.
• Prepare and analyze departmental management reports.
• Participate in continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction.

Profile Sought

• Proven experience in automotive parts management (ideally in a dealership).
• Strong team management and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of parts management systems and IT tools.
• Organized, rigorous, and capable of evolving in a dynamic environment.
• Positive leadership, results-oriented, and team spirit.
• Knowledge of the SERTI system (an asset).

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary: $80,000 to $100,000, depending on experience.
