Grenier Chrysler Montreal-East is looking for a motivated Messenger/Parts Assistant to join a dynamic and service-oriented team.

Main Responsibilities

• Take photos of vehicles for the website and help with their online posting.
• Pick up and deliver parts and materials to customers and suppliers.
• Greet customers at the parts counter with professionalism and courtesy.
• Respond quickly to technicians' requests and ensure the availability of necessary parts.
• Search for, identify, and order automotive parts as needed.
• Manage returns, exchanges, and warranty claims for parts.
• Participate in managing the parts inventory.
• Move vehicles and assist the shuttle service for customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.

Profile Sought

• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with parts management systems and electronic catalogs (e.g., SERTI and other catalogs).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Team spirit and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulousness in task execution.
