Parts Sales Clerk / Advisor – Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram (Varennes)

Main Responsibilities

• Greet customers in-store and over the phone, assess their needs, and recommend suitable parts and accessories.
• Advise, sell, and follow up on parts orders; record transactions and ensure the accuracy of supplied parts.
• Manage stock levels, reordering, and organization of the parts department; participate in inventory and cost control.
• Collaborate with the service team and technicians to ensure quick and quality service.
• Upsell additional products (warranties, accessories) and contribute to achieving sales targets while providing exemplary customer service.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the department; follow internal procedures and safety standards.
• Participate in the sale of tires and wheels, if applicable, and offer comprehensive solutions to customers.

Profile Sought

• Minimum of one year of experience in auto parts sales or customer service within the automotive sector.
• General knowledge of parts and accessories related to Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles, or the ability to acquire this knowledge quickly.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills; strong organizational skills and versatility.
• Proficient in French; operational English is an asset.
• Proficiency with computer tools and the ability to quickly learn parts management and sales software.
• Relevant diploma considered an asset.
• Professional attitude, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach.
