Main Responsibilities

• Answer calls and direct customers
• Greet and advise customers on the necessary parts
• Manage parts inventory and stock control
• Prepare and ship parts for delivery
• Support activities related to shipping and receiving parts

Profile Sought

• At least 1 year of experience as a parts clerk or sales advisor (heavy vehicles ideally)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic mechanical knowledge (an asset)
• Good computer skills
• Fluent in French and English

Working Conditions

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
