Mercedes-Benz Ste-Agathe is looking for a Parts Clerk / Sales Advisor to join their team.

Your responsibilities

• Greet and advise customers on Mercedes-Benz parts and accessories.
• Analyze customer needs and suggest suitable solutions to provide an exemplary customer experience.
• Manage sales transactions, orders, returns, and invoicing with accuracy.
• Use the parts catalog and management systems to quickly identify parts and ensure their availability.
• Collaborate with the workshop and other departments to support after-sales service and repairs.
• Manage and organize the parts stock, perform inventory checks, and ensure the display of the section.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and efficient customer service, fostering customer loyalty.

Profile sought

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in parts sales or a similar role (automotive or after-sales service).
• Good knowledge of automotive parts; knowledge of Mercedes-Benz parts is an asset.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Rigor, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in French; English is an asset.
• Ability to learn quickly and work with computer tools and catalogs.
• Proficiency in computer software and catalogs; knowledge of CDK Global software is an asset.
