Ste‑Marie Chevrolet Buick GMC Corvette, a dealership located in Saint‑Rémi near Montreal, is looking for a Parts Sales Assistant/Sales Advisor to join a dynamic and service-oriented team. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories and can provide an outstanding customer experience while contributing to the performance of the parts department.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and quickly identify their needs for parts and accessories
• Advise and sell OEM GM parts and compatible accessories to satisfy and retain customers
• Manage orders, prepare quotes, process transactions, and follow up on deliveries
• Coordinate with after-sales services and the shop to ensure the compliance of delivered parts
• Maintain an organized inventory, handle receipts and restocking, and ensure proper rotation of parts
• Perform deliveries of parts to customers or the service department when necessary
• Ensure administrative accuracy and enter transactions into parts management systems (ERP/POS)
• Collaborate with other departments to meet sales targets and uphold the company's image

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in automotive parts sales or a similar role; knowledge of GM parts and accessories is an asset
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation; strong sales and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team, with organizational skills and administrative rigor
• Valid driver’s license required for occasional deliveries
• Proficiency in French; English is an asset
• Proficiency with computer tools and parts management systems (ERP/POS)
