Parts Clerk – Recreational Vehicles (Full-time)

Groupe Contant is looking for a Parts Clerk to join their team. Are you resourceful, comfortable with computers, and enjoy solving problems? Do you have knowledge of automobiles, mechanics, or parts, and do you enjoy customer interaction? This position might be a good fit for you.

About the Job

• You will interact with customers at the counter and by phone, helping them find suitable parts or accessories.
• You will perform parts searches using computer systems, catalogs, and specialized platforms.
• You will identify parts based on models and needs, and explain features, prices, and promotions.
• You will collaborate with the service and mechanical teams and contribute to the organization of the parts department.
• You will keep a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Desired Profile and Experience

• Resourceful, autonomous, and proactive

• Comfortable with computers and capable of learning different systems

• Excellent research and problem-solving skills

• Interest in automobiles, mechanics, parts, or recreational vehicles

• Curious and eager to understand how things work

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and attentive

• Teamwork skills appreciated

• Experience in automotive, parts, mechanics, machinery, or a technical field is an asset

• Experience in a parts or customer service department is also an asset

• Minimum of one year of experience as a parts clerk/sales advisor

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting at $46,000/year, depending on knowledge, skills, and experience

Schedule and Conditions

• Permanent full-time position
• One evening per week (Thursday or Friday)
• One Saturday every two during the winter period
