Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers professionally and identify their needs for parts and accessories.
• Provide technical advice and detailed information about products to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage parts inventory: update stock levels, locate parts, and prepare orders.
• Collaborate with the service team to optimize workflow and suggest suitable solutions.
• Organize and display products in-store to stimulate sales.
• Follow up post-sale and promote customer loyalty.
• Handle payments during transactions and answer incoming calls.
• Integrated sales of parts, accessories, tires, and wheels.

Profile Wanted

• Passion for automobiles and knowledge of Ford products.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Team spirit with independence.
• Basic computer skills, especially in inventory management and sales systems.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is an asset; we are also open to candidates motivated by learning and growth.

Skills and Tools
