Parts Clerk / Sales Advisor – Joliette Subaru (Groupe St-Jean)

Responsibilities
- Greet customers at the counter and understand their needs for parts and accessories
- Advise on Subaru original parts and compatible parts
- Manage orders, returns, and follow up to ensure rapid delivery
- Support technicians and the workshop by providing the right components and promoting efficiency
- Use the parts management system and point of sale for sales and orders
- Participate in merchandising and price updates at the counter
- Develop opportunities for cross-selling (upsell) and additional sales
- Comply with safety, quality, and customer service procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in auto parts sales or related role; or candidates without experience but with relevant training and strong motivation to learn
- Good knowledge of automotive parts and accessories; interest in Subaru is appreciated
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Team spirit, organization, and time management
- Fluent in French; English is an asset
- Ability to work within a structured schedule with flexibility
